It all started with a promise...

I had promised my friend that if Amir Tsarfati ever came to the Philippines, I would accompany her to his conference. 

Amir Tsarfati is an international bestselling author, preacher, and founder of "Behold Israel!". My friend and I have been following his teaching and news updates for quite some time… We were fans. 

On Facebook, it was announced that he was going on his ASEAN tour for his Revealing Revelations Conference. I kept my eyes glued to his page and kept trying to find details for the Philippines conference. 

Unfortunately, the announcement I saw on Facebook stated that his conference was in Davao which was a two-hour plane ride away. 

I sent my friend the link to the info on Messenger and informed her that Amir was coming to the Philippines. 

My friend responded, “Ready to go to Davao then?”

I grimaced, but I wanted to keep my word. 

“Yes,” I replied. 

I opened up the link to register and filled in my details. To my surprise, the conference was free! 

What wasn’t free was the airfare, accommodation, and food which would cost both of us a pretty penny. 

I sighed, “Why is it so far?! Why can’t there be a Manila conference?”

“Let’s pray over it,” my friend said.

A few months had passed, and the Davao conference was only a few days away. We had not booked any accommodations and had no plane ticket... We had nothing!

My friend and I discussed it a few times and she told me that due to her schedule, she was not sure if she would be able to go. Frankly, I wasn't quite sure myself.

But on New Year’s Day (2023), she messaged me…

“Jas, do you still want to go to Amir’s conference?” My friend asked, “There are earlier dates for a conference in Manila!”

I was surprised as at the time I had searched both Behold Israel’s website and the Facebook page. I did not see any information about the Manila conference. 

But my friend sent me the link for the Manila conference with all the details. True enough, there was a Manila conference but for some reason, I missed it during my search!

Apparently, on New Year’s Eve, her mom overheard us when we were on the phone discussing the conference and she said there was one to be held in Manila. 

The conference was set to be held in New Life Alabang. As I looked through the page, I glimpsed they had a registration fee. 

“There’s a P600 pesos registration fee though… Still cheaper than a P7,000 plane ride.” I replied, “Yay! We don’t need to go to Davao!”

“Whahaha! Happy New Year!!!” My friend said happily, “It’s a miracle!”

We both thanked God for the answered prayer. Little did we know that this miracle was just the start of something even bigger…
